Please DO NOT mail any personal, tax, or financial documents to the Brewster address!
For clients who will not be coming into the office or do not wish to use or are unable to use the Client Portal, or, you are unable to scan or take cell phone photos to upload to the Client Portal, you can mail in your personal, tax, and/or financial documents to the following address.

#10 Regular Envelope
When using a #10 standard envelope, please only include 4 to 5 sheets of paper. If the document(s) you’re sending are more than 5 sheets, please use an oversized envelope (approximately 9.5″ x 12.5″).
Oversized Envelope
Please use an oversized envelope if you will be sending documents with more than 5 sheets of paper. When larger documents are sent using standard envelopes, there is a higher risk of the documents getting damaged in the mail. Please use an oversized envelope (approximately 9.5″ x 12.5″).
Priority Mail - Flat Rate Envelope
The USPS Priority Mail – Flat Rate Envelope is a far better choice than an oversized envelope when sending personal, tax, and/or financial documents. The envelopes are sturdy and better for protecting the integrity of your documents, plus they can be tracked.
Priority Mail - Medium Flat Rate Box
In the event you will be sending several personal, tax, and/or financial documents, the USPS Priority Mail – Medium Flat Rate Box is your best choice. The boxes are very sturdy and better for protecting the integrity of your documents, plus they can be tracked.
